The New X5
- The X5 replaces the 150 between Corwen, Ruthin and Denbigh
- The X5 runs alongside the X50, giving a half-hourly service Ruthin to Denbigh
- Buses on the X5 Corwen - Ruthin section operate hourly during much of the daytime, on weekdays
- X5 buses from Denbigh & Ruthin to Corwen often continue to Llangollen & Wrexham as service 5. There's no need to change buses. This gives a through service from Ruthin to Llangollen
- You my, however, need to change at Ruthin from the Corwen direction to Denbigh
- For a scenic day out, buy a Connexxions Plus ticket and you can travel out from Denbigh & Ruthin via Corwen and Llangollen to Wrexham and return on the X50. Or vice versa, of course.
